I didn’t know what to expect as I have never been coached before, Kavita asked all the relevant questions that I would not have asked myself, and provided helpful tools to guide me and help change my thinking to a more positive outlook. I would highly recommend her as a coach.

Kavita has impacted my life in a meaningful way. I met Kavita as part of a leadership development program in 2019. The program and Kavita came at a very difficult time, where I professionally moved from being a specialist my entire career, to being a manager / leader. Kavita played an integral part in positioning me, to embrace who I am (introvert), allowing me to direct and continue on my journey of self-discovery and leading others.

Kavita Govindjee has been part of Aspen Port Elizabeth’s annual internal Women’s Development Project. She hosted two different sets of sessions for our delegates. Her friendly, professional demeanour is unwavering.  She has interpreted the project brief and requirements well, offering ideas and suggestions to better the session.  Our delegates rated her as knowledgeable, inspiring, positive and passionate in the feedback surveys.  They also found her messages to be meaningful and presentation style to be pleasant and effective.  Her ability to get people to open up and feel comfortable enabled the groups to participate freely in the sessions and gain the most value they can from the learning experience.  We can highly recommend using Kavita.
